I am a trainee in psychiatry with an orientation on child and adolescent disorders and I joined LN²T in October 2022 to start my PhD thesis. My project aims to better understand the pathophysiology of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). In particular, alterations in the processing of linguistic information and motor action have been described across the spectrum and may be associated with differences in the processing of multisensory information. However, as they are still poorly characterised, this study aims to investigate the coupling between neocortical activity and multisensory signals using magnetoencephalography (MEG).
